Cooking guidelines
Hob - From Ambient. 1) Bring water to boil, slightly salted.
2) Clean four artichokes and cut the hearts into thin slices. Peel and cube one potato, and blanch in the boiling water for 2 minutes.
3) Heat a large pan with 1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil, sauté a half chopped scallion, then add the sliced artichokes hearts and the potato cubes. Add 200g of cream, bring to boil, season with a little of salt and set aside.
4) Boil 225g of Tortellini Ham and Cheese in plenty boiling water.
5) Drain Tortellini al dente, toss with the sauce and serve.
