Barilla Pesto with Rocket Pasta Sauce

Pesto with Basil and Rocket is made with four different Italian herbs combined to make our Basil and Rocket Pesto even more fragrant and green. The protagonists on your palate are Italian basil, with the peppery taste of Rocket, enriching the green Pesto family with a bitter note. Other two hero ingredients are Pecorino Romano DOP and Ricotta cheese. You can use Basil and Rocket Pesto with your favourite pasta cuts.

Mix the pesto into the pasta, adding a little water to help the pesto stick to the pasta and create a silky sauce. Use approx. 40g pesto for 80g dried pasta and add a little olive oil. Or spread from the jar onto bruschetta and crackers for delicious antipasti.

Pesto Barilla with Basil and Rocket is gluten-free and with no added preservatives. It is suitable for vegetarian and it is made with the freshest ingredients to give you the true taste of Italian cuisine.
