Barilla Wholewheat Spaghetti cooks in just 9 minutes. Simply bring water to a boil in a large pot then add the Spaghetti along with a generous pinch of sea salt to enhance the pasta's flavour. For authentic ""al dente"" pasta, boil uncovered, stirring occasionally for 9 minutes. For pasta that's more tender, boil for an additional minute. Drain well and serve immediately with your favourite Barilla sauce.

7g Salt

Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, rocket and green olives
350g Barilla Integrale Spaghetti
300g cherry tomatoes
60g rocket
150g green olives
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
40g onion
Salt and pepper
Chop the onion and fry in a saucepan with the oil. Add chopped tomatoes and leave to cook for 3 minutes. Add the green olives cut into rings and remove from the heat, adding salt and pepper to taste. Cook the Barilla Integrale Spaghetti in plenty of salted water, drain when "al dente" and add them to the tomatoes and olives. Serve with a sprinkle of rocket.
