Please check with your vet that your dog is at their correct healthy weight. When introducing your dog to Barking Heads, we recommend replacing 25% of their existing food every other day until they are eating 100% Barking Heads. Always ensure there is a fresh bowl of water at all times.

Bit confused
Their blurb says that older dogs need more protein than younger dogs but then this food for 7+ years contains less protein (40%) than their younger dogs food (51%) i.e. the opposite. Barking Heads is a high-quality dog food though whichever one you buy.

Great quality & nice small & thin pieces
My dog is 18 with no health issues at all, Ive been buying this food for atleast 7 years & it is fantastic quality, Im hoping this dog food has supported Rosies overall health but especially her joint care. The pieces of food are small & slim so easy for an older dog to eat. My little Rosie loves it. Thank you for stocking it Ocado.
