Chervil has been cultivated in the Mediterranean for thousands of years and was used as a 'spring tonic' by the ancient Greeks and Romans. Known as 'leaves of joy' or 'French Parsley', our Chervil's anise flavour works well with fish and chargrilled vegetables.
