Bart Rosemary

Native to the Mediterranean, rosemary was first used for culinary purposes by the ancient Greeks and Romans. Our rosemary adds a delicious pine forest aroma to slow cooked dinners, especially lamb tagine with figs and roast potatoes.

Great in sautéed potatoes or roast squash towards the end of cooking. Suprisingly successful addition to desserts, poach with autumn fruits, add to apple pie, or to flavour dark chocolate ganache or mousse.
