Do not boil.; Microwave - From Ambient. Cat D 750W - 31/2 mins, Cat E 850W - 3 mins. Empty contents into a microwaveable container and cover. Stir halfway through cooking.

baxters soup
potato and leek soup was a very nice soup BUT the recipe has been changed and now is awful would not buy again.
Bland
Nice lots of chunks of Leek and Potato but it was tasteless. Would not buy again.
Dark brown and woody
There was something dark brown and woody about 1cm big that I had to spit out, so didn't eat the rest of it!
Totally tasteless soup
This used to be my favourite Baxters veggie soup, it was as good as a fresh home made soup, but some years back they changed the recipe and totally destroyed it's quality and flavour. I thought I'd give it another try hoping it might have been improved... not at all! It was even worse, like eating wallpaper paste with a few tiny cubes of potatoes thrown in. Absolute disgrace, especially when you consider the price.
Watery and no flavour
Really disappointed with this soup - it's quite an achievement to remove all flavour from leeks but Baxters managed it. Decent lumps of potato in it but that was the only positive. Wouldn't buy again.
