not kimchi
This has been said before but this is pickled cabbage at best. It wasnt crunchy either but sloppy and soft not my taste

Delicious - but pasteurised
Really tasty but if you are looking for real deal, its pasteurised. Disappointing as they market it as fermented.

hmm undecided
added to stir fry. very nice but a little brash for want of a specific word. from the jar, lots of heat. cabbage a bit floppy but better in the stir fry and warmed through

Nothing wrong with it, nice little jar, but it is not kimchi, its picked cabbage
