Our vibrant and velvety Carrot & Coriander soup is deliciously sweet and creamy. We gently simmer juicy carrots, adding a touch of honey and lemon to elevate the sweetness, finished with aromatic coriander. Try it with a sprinkle of feta or a spoonful of crème fraîche.

Cooking Instructions - General. Please Note: All appliances vary. This is a guide only. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.; Hob - From Ambient. Empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do Not Boil.; Microwave - From Ambient. 800W (3 mins 20 secs), 900W (3 mins 10 secs), 1000W (3 mins). Empty contents into a microwaveable container and cover. Heat on full power, stirring halfway through.
