George's Moroccan Rose Harissa Chicken
250g mini chicken fillets
5 tsp rose harissa
2 tbsp lemon juice
20g chopped parsley
100g couscous

Mix the chicken and rose harissa. Grill or griddle on high heat. Make the couscous and stir in the lemon and parsley. Serve on a bed of couscous with the chicken on top.
