Too watery
It has interesting taste with a hint of truffle, but I found it too watery and splitting. My least favorite from Belazu range.

Lovely taste, easy to use
Got this on offer. Great flavour. I used in the wild garlic risotto recipe which you can find on the Bezalu website. One and half dessert spoons was easily enough for a generous portion for two. Pleasant subtle truffle taste

Lovely taste, you could really taste the artichoke and the truffle coming through, tasted great with pasta and cheese. 100 recomend
