Showing a dark ruby red colour, this wine has an intense nose, offering ripe blackberry and blackcurrant notes. In the mouth, this wine is lively, powerful and round.

This wine is a great accompaniment for grilled red meats.

Vinification details

The winemaking process is traditional. The grapes are picked at their optimal ripeness, and destemmed. A 3 weeks maceration is carried out, with selected yeasts and under controlled temperature. There is no oak ageing, to preserve the lovely fruit of the wine.
