Regional information
Beronia Rueda is located in Spain's Rueda DO in Castilla y León, a region known for high-altitude vineyards and a continental climate with hot days and cool nights. These conditions help preserve acidity and enhance aromatic freshness in Verdejo grapes. The area's gravelly, well-drained soils support healthy vine growth, producing crisp, expressive white wines with balanced structure and vibrant fruit character

Vinification details
Harvested at night to preserve freshness. Grapes are gently pressed in an inert environment to prevent browning, with musts separated by quality. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks for a clean, complex, intense nose, and in concrete tanks to enhance mouthfeel. The wine is aged on lees for 2-3 months with weekly stirring, then blended, clarified, filtered, and bottled
