Used this bacon several times and its quite lean , no nasty stuff comes out when cooked and very tasty ,good smoked flavour

thin and disintegrates whilst cooking

Used to buy this regularly as a staple nitrate free bacon, but absolutely sure its changed. The slices feel thinner/weaker but the weight is the same, so my bet is they have added water to try and trick consumers. When I cook it so much liquid comes out
