1. Stir the cookie mix together with water until you have a stiff dough.
2. Spoon heaped teaspoons of the dough onto an ungreased baking tray, leaving generous gaps between them. If you want chunky deli style cookies then make your scoops of dough bigger.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden (or leave in a little longer for extra crunch).

A very sweet, convenient treat
We make 3 bigger cookies, as opposed to several smaller, faffy ones. Really handy to keep in the pantry cupboard, as so quick to rustle up just by adding a small amount of water.
not nice
Really weird smell while in a powder form and also when baked. I thought it was made of almond flour as thats the smell to it. Not nice and only recieved as an unwanted substitution
good \x26 simple
Have used this mainly for cookie pies, or just left as raw cookie dough. Really like that it's just add water and doesn't require oil or eggs like other box mixes. If I'm making actual cookies I don't use this but for cookie pies and other bakes it's really convenient to not have to make from scratch
way too sweet
These just didn't taste good at all.
eaten warm lovely
Tried these for the first time last week as our young teen wants to do baking on her own and thought this kit would limit the mess. Ate them warm freshly baked and really nice.
Not Nice
I normally find Betty Crocker mixes OK but these tasted horrible and only made 7 rather skimpy cookies.
