Can't be faulted.
Utterly completely delicious
This is gorgeous. You know when you order chocolate fudge cake in a restaurant - this is what you always hope will be slavered all over it. It's glorious. We did the betty crocker devils food mix and voila - moist gorgeousness that the whole family were besotted with. I had to take a star off because it's got palm oil in it and I didn't realise til after we'd eaten it. So I shouldn't buy it again. It was gorgeous though.
Beware - contains palm oil
Sadly this product contains palm oil, one of the most destructive oils as it is destroying orangutan habitat, threatening these Great Apes with extinction. Ocado, you should not be selling unsustainable products.
No point making your own!
Life is too short and this is too tasty to bother making your own!! I use this with the Betty Crocker Devil's cake. Such a yummy combination.
if you're going to fake it use this
If you're going to "make" a cake with chocolate frosting and you don't want to make your own use this. It's yummy and faff free. Enough for both inside and on top of a Victoria sponge.
Palm Oil - why???
I would of bought this to decorate my sons birthday cake, but am perplexed why companies are still using palm oil?? If it's sustainable that's different and they should state this, but they don't so clearly it's not sustainable. Won't be purchasing any Betty Crocker products until this is sorted out.
