Unpleasant, dry, artificial, sickly sweet icing.

Disappointing not a carrot cake

Too much glacé fruit and spice. Nothing like a carrot cake. Only enjoyable bit was the icing but that was topped with candied fruit. Unpleasant.

Like a mild ginger cake

I had a coupon and read the reviews so thought Id have an Easter treat. The cakes are more like a mild Jamaican ginger cake with some little chunks. Really tasty. Loved the icing addition. Not at all dry. Didnt find it overly sweet, just a really nice change. Its a winner for me!

carrot cake?

For me this is too heavily spiced to be classed as a carrot cake. I also found it too sweet with amount of icing it comes with. As for the cake texture, this is a decent example of a good gluten free cake - I have had better, but alos had much much worse

Gluten Free Dairy Free so yummy.

These are very generous sized carrot cakes. Fresh light and very tasty. Perfect amount of spice and topping with added bits of walnut in every bite. Great size and such a treat to find both gluten free and dairy free for my daughter.

These are moorish, great flavour, lovely texture. Buying them again :)
