A Fair Briquette
As briquettes go these are not bad. Much better than the big supermarket brands. I dont notice any tainting of food taste wise as mentioned in another review. Easy to light if using a chimney starter. My biggest problem with them is they dont burn very hot. Fine if youre doing a big bbq but if you just want a quick two person bbq then you still need to use a lot of fuel to get a decent heat
Took ages and ages to light. Really bad back taste. You meaties may not notice it, but on subtler veggie barbecues the lingering taste of whatever is glueing these huge hexagonal logs together isnt that pleasant as an aftertaste. Lumpwood charcoal is so hard to find, but Im going to have to find some.
the charcoal you always looked for
This is great charcoal Real wood charcoal the traditional way. Lights well. Good heat.
