BigFish Oak Smoked Trout

BigFish Brand Smoked Sea Trout is made with a strain of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) which is slow grown for us at sea. It's from the same family as salmon and also rich in Omega3 but with a character all of its own. It makes a delicious smoked product and is now available frozen, so you can always have it ready to hand from the freezer!

Just like our BigFish Brand Traditional Smoked Salmon, our Smoked Sea Trout is traditionally cured, oak smoked, and hand sliced. It's fantastic on toast, for canapés or even just in a very special sandwich!
