Bio \x26 Me Kefir Yoghurt
Tastes great & contains more varied strains/cultures than any other brand to optimise gut health. Goes really well with their Granola and fresh fruit.
the best
I have tried so many different varieties of Kefir and this is the best! Its not to cheesy, beautifully creamy. I often combine with ground nuts, banana and topped with almond butter!
delicious and tangy
I enjoyed eating this kefir yogurt more than plain kefir. It is really tangy and tastes so fresh. I have it as an accompaniment to curries
Slightly sour-ish taste
Light, probiotic, low in fat. Generous container and most refreshing. I prefer to Kafir. Now a must have in my weekly shop.
Only on paper
On paper, THIS is the one we are all meant to buy in order to become better humanoids, according to skinny nutritionists who earn a living criticising anyone who Does Not Conform. In reality, this is a sour and unpleasant-tasting runny colon-stripper. And you'll be needing a LOT of paper.

Nice smooth texture but too tangy for my preference. Unfortunately I had bad stomach cramps after eating this, which I think were due to the presence of chicory insulin - unnecessary addition to a yoghurt product, and sadly meant I had the throw the remainder of the tub away.
