Very tasty

I am a vegetarian and use this to get more protein in my diet. I add a scoop to my morning porridge and don't need anything else to sweeten it. also I add it to a banana a and spinach smoothieand it tastes very good.

Sweet and simple

I usually buy unflavoured whey but saw this on offer and gave it a go. The simple list of ingredients compared to alternatives is appealing. The addition of stevia does make it quite sweet which depending on your preference may or may not be a good thing. Gave a lovely creamy consistency to my daily veg smoothie of avocado, frozen spinach, ginger, chilli, cider vinegar, chia & flax seeds, cinnamon and turmeric. I’m sure it’s just as nice in more conventional recipes! The coconut flavour comes through but is not overpowering. Another positive is the packaging which although plastic is at least easily reusable /recyclable unlike the laminated pouches that so many of these products come in.
