How to Enjoy Supergreens
No time to spare? Just mix 5-10 g with 200 ml of water for a great tasting, nutritious drink anytime of the day.
For an energy boost at the start of the day, blend 5-10 g into your breakfast smoothie. If your blender's not handy, simply swirl through your porridge or yoghurt.

Keeping it Green Smoothie (serves 1)
- 1 tsp Bioglan Superfoods Supergreens
- 1 inch cucumber
- 1 celery stalk
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 2 handfuls green grapes (frozen)
- 200 ml water
Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender with the frozen grapes closest to the blade and blitz until smooth. Pour into your favourite smoothie glass, pop in a straw and enjoy.
