Only 30% Wholewheat!
I usually love this brand, however its so misleading to call it wholewheat as its only 30%! When you read the small print its got 30% of the same nasty refined flour.
Soggy
I love this healthy brand but these pizza bases unfortunately turned out to be very soggy and didnt make a nice crispy pizza - perhaps too thick?

An essential now
I love pizza but I recently had to pretty much give it up due to health issues. I have to eat very healthily now and I was so pleased to find these. Theyre so healthy, being wholewheat. I load them up with passata/tomato purée, chopped mushrooms and peppers, and 40g reduced fat cheddar. Absolutely lovely, and I dont miss my old pizza in the slightest. Its not actually that much different in terms of calories than a normal white base, but its full of goodness and very heart healthy. You could use this to make a traditional type pizza too with toppings such as mozzarella and pepperoni, and Im sure that would taste wonderful but I cant really do that anymore!
We really appreciate this product
I make tomato pizzas with these every week. I brush them with olive oil, add tomato paste and grated cheddar (Yeo works best), then add sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with herbs. Preheat oven for ten minutes, then cook for ten minutes and they come out perfectly. Leave the one on lower shelf in the oven (turned off) while you eat the first so the base is just right.

Like many others, I could not use these because the bases came stuck solid together. The packaging is terrible.
