Cooking instructions:
Cook 200g of Amaranth in 500ml water for 35 minutes. Stir, remove from heat and leave to stand for 15 mins with lid on.

Boil - From Ambient. Place 200g of Amaranth and 500ml of water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, cover with lid and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 mins.
