Lovely Purees & Apple is Good Cupboard Basic

I started using these purees about 3.5yrs ago when my son started weaning. I find them a lovely store cupboard ingredient for both myself & the children. Great basic fridge item for adding to porridge or having with some natural yoghurt & nuts.

Healthy Ingredients, but Bland

3 stars for organic healthy ingredients, with no added sugar or other nasties. But, a bit bland tasting and not sweet enough for me - perhaps because of the types of apples being used? Not excited about buying it again.

more expansive than in a whole food store!!

In my little whole food store around the corner you can have the same brand with 700g for £ 2.49! How could it be, that a big supermarket isnt able to sell cheaper than a little (usually more expensive) whole food store?

Another E.G. of Ocado's Price Jacking

I've been buying this puree for years, so I have no gripe with the product - I do have a gripe, though, with Ocado dramatically raising the price on this. So now there's yet another organic product that I will have to start sourcing elsewhere - like Montezuma's chocolate buttons, which are now ridiculously priced on Ocado versus various on-line sellers. Superfood Market sells the 700g version of this product for little more than Ocado is now selling the 350g. So much for Ocado's price comparisons!
