Biona organic coconut milk powder is made by spray drying pressed coconut milk.
Our coconut milk powder is water soluble and adds a rich tropical flavour to your favourite dishes. You can prepare your own organic coconut milk or cream simply by adding water. Also great for making your own coconut ice cream.

- 30g coconut milk powder
- 100ml water
Usage:
To thicken sauces and give dishes an exotic coconut flavour, or use in baking, desserts or smoothies.
Method:
Blend together until smooth. This mixture will contain approximately 17/18% fat.
For a richer, creamier milk add more powder or less water.
