Chill -> Whip -> Enjoy!
Our coconuts are sourced from the tropical island of Sri Lanka. The farm where our coconut products are harvested is rich in biodiversity. The families that run the plantation own cattle, who roam freely and whose dung, along with the coconut husks, acts as a fertilizer for the many species of other plants growing in the surrounding areas.

coconut whipping cream
It's not often I write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. This cream smelt odd as soon as I opened the tin, (i thought I'd left the pedal bin lid up!!) it's tasted very strange and left a nasty 'after taste' in my mouth for quite a while after I'd eaten it. I'm going to throw the rest away.
I had the same experience as the previous reviewer ... I thought it was just me or my cream was off ...... mine didnt even attempt to become a creamy consistency and got worse the more I tried to whip ....... I have had whipped coconut cream in restaurants and that was just like dairy cream .... what on Earth needs to be done to this to make it edible , I would love to know ....
Does not do what it says on the tin
I followed the instructions on the tin, refrigerated the contents for 2 hours, poured it into a chilled bowl, whipped it with my electric mixer. Nothing....... Ended up with something the consistency of a very thin pouring custard. Threw the whole lot in the bin.
