Biona Organic Creamed Coconut can be used to add richness and flavour to many sweet or savoury dishes. It is not hydrogenated and has no added stabilisers or emulsifiers.
To prepare homemade coconut milk simply dissolve 50g of creamed coconut in 100ml of warm water. Alternatively add a piece of the block to homemade curries or other sweet and savoury dishes for a deliciously creamy coconut flavour.
Our coconuts are sourced from the tropical island of Sri Lanka. The farm where our coconut products are harvested is rich in biodiversity. The families that run the plantation own cattle, who roam freely and whose dung, along with the coconut husks, acts as a fertilizer for the many species of other plants growing in the surrounding areas.

Clean pure taste and ingredients
Versatile and long-lasting. We seem to have been using this for 25 years!
Didnt like it at all
I decided to try it based on most reviews but it did not work well at all in my green curry. Not a substitution for coconut milk or cream. Not sure what other dishes will benefit for but I am not buying it again. Did not enjoy the taste and texture.
Organic
This added a beautiful rich flavour to my dhal, no half tins of leftover coconut milk to think about and keeps for ages in the fridge. It had separated a bit, but probably because it doesn’t contain lots of nasty additives, and it made no difference to the finished meal once it was stirred in.
Oh wow
What a discovery. I cannot believe how yummy this is. So versatile. So much flavour. And the texture! Everyone should have some in their pantry
Perfect
No nasties and no waste. Can be used as cream or milk, diluted with water based on recipe needs or liking. Lasts very long after opening in an airtight container in the fridge. Good value for money too.
love this but would like smaller
This is great, unadulterated coconut- you can chop a bit off or grate it and it will melt into your cooking, or you can make it up in a jug with water. Because it separates into the fat and solids, you can even reduce the fat content of what you put into your cooking, and rub the fat onto your skin! The solids tastes so good, I have to stop myself from popping a few gratings of it into my mouth, it's like an unsweetened coconut ice!
