Hob - From Ambient. (2 portions):
Toast 100g of Fonio for 2 minutes in a pan with 1 tsp of oil. Add 200ml of water and salt to taste then simmer for 10 minutes until the water is absorbed. Fluff the grain with a fork before serving.
