Mouthwateringly tender and seasoned to perfection, their subtle smoky
nuttiness brings a taste of the Mediterranean straight to your plate. Grown
organically in Italy, each heart is quartered, chargrilled and marinated in
the finest Italian oil for optimum flavour. Combined with olives and grilled
peppers, our grilled artichokes work a treat as a topping on focaccia – or
can add a smooth, savoury dimension to any salad. They’re also wonderful in a
fragrant ‘trifolati’ risotto; simply slice them thinly with courgettes, and
