Great for home pizza ovens
I make my own pizzas at home sometimes using a pizza oven (outside) or pizza stone in the normal oven (inside) and manage to set off the smoke alarm whenever I dust the pizza stone with baking flour. This cornmeal works great as a replacement since it has a higher burning point so doesn't smoke or char, also adds a great taste to pizza base.
Biona Organic Polenta Bramanta
First time I've bought it. Certainly not the best purchase ever. I didn't need to open it. As I took it from the Ocado bag, polenta fell from a tear in the cellophane opposite the window in the cardboard outer packet. All over the counter and floor. Badly designed packaging. I suppose its safe to eat, but I won't buy it again.
Really good!
Very tasty, healthy option instead of rice, couscous, mush potatoes for me. I enjoy various consistency. I do like to sautee shaped leftovers.

Great!
new favourite breakfast, polenta porridge!
I love this for breakfast. Cook in milk rather than water and add a little sweetness then serve warm topped with berries and a dollop of coconut yoghurt.
quick & easy
Despite the instructions this was super easy to make & so silky & moreish. My new favourite polenta.
