Cooking instructions (serves 2): Bring 400ml of milk to the boil and add 100g of pudding rice. Cover pot with lid and simmer on low heat for 15-25 minutes. Stir regularly. Sweeten to taste.
Serve with fresh fruit or on its own. Enjoy!
