Why Vinegar
I dont know why Vinegar is in the ingrediant list. I do not think this is a proper Saurkraut. ???
not fermented
Fake dead no good
Something and nothing
This doesn’t really taste like a fermented food. It has very little taste for me. Disappointed and won’t be buying again.
Vinegar?
I didn't like the taste of this one and it shouldn't have added vinegar.
Delicious sauerkraut
This beetroot sauerkraut is slightly sweeter than most, which tends to give it a subtler taste. We’ve also found that some sauerkrauts can get a bit strong and sulphurous after being open for a while, but this one is still just as delicious a week or two after being opened. We have it on salads and in wraps for a slightly pickled flavour.
Vinegar?
The whole point of saurkraut is to aid the digestive enzimes, adding vinegar is not real saurkraut.
