Tasty rice and paper packaging (PFAS Free) and

I was almost detered from buying this product again becausecof the PFAS forever chemical comment but i have followed the simple test on PFAS Free page and found that oil easily absorbs and spreads into the packaging, no beading, nada, nix, nothing.... so that has reassured me and i will continue to purchase this rice. I love Biona's ethics, they are really trying change to eco responsible products and the food is organic. If in doubt, check it out for yourself and do not be deterred by one comment. See the mentioned page of you are concerned.

Uncooked rice following packet instructions

Not keen on this rice. After 11 minutes this became dry in the pan and was a solid uncooked lump. Will stick to own brand supermarket basmati in future.
