Biona Organic Wholegrain Spelt Penne retains all the goodness of this ancient grain. Its smooth texture, fantastic flavour, and high fibre content make it a great alternative to wheat pasta. Although not gluten free, spelt can be tolerated by some people with wheat allergies. To serve, simply combine with Biona pasta sauce or pesto for a nutritious, organic meal.

Boil - From Ambient. Bring 1lt of water for every 100g pasta to the boil. Add pasta and simmer for 7-8 minutes then drain and serve.
