Gazpacho is the famous Spanish cold soup originally from Andalusia where BioSabor is based. The company uses its own organic vegetables grown outside the factory walls to produce a really delicious Gazpacho that although pasteurised tastes quite home-made. Serve as is, or fake home made by garnishing with tiny pieces of chopped cucumber and tomatoes.
