An essential!

An essential part of our daily life! Always have this for breakfast on granola or overnight oats and fruit. Just mild and creamy. I cant imagine a morning without it!

Good quality kefir

This is a good quality kefir, about the consistency of a thick drinking or pouring yoghurt. It has a mild taste, not that sour. Its slightly high in fat (more fat than protein despite bottle claims to be 'high in protein') but otherwise pretty good!

improving gut health

I am on a mission to improve my families gut health, I have been putting this in a fruit shake of a very fussy eater, and they havent noticed at all! Its Smooth and delicious, and not too acidic like some brands that I have tried.
