A serving of 2 chunky fish fingers oven baked provides: 134 mg Omega 3 (EPA+DHA)

Air Fry - From Frozen. Alternatively, air fry from frozen.
180°C, 14 mins
- Place product in the basket (max. 6 Chunky Fish Fingers) and place in the air fryer.
- Shake halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Cooking Instructions - General. - Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.
210°C, fan 190°C, gas mark 7, 20-22 mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
