Cooking Instructions - General. Tastiest when oven baked straight from the freezer.
- Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
- These instructions are guidelines only.
- Do not refreeze after defrosting.; Grill - From Frozen. Medium/High grill, 18 mins
Pre-heat the grill.
Turn over occasionally.
Cook until crisp and golden.; Other - From Frozen. Alternatively, air fry
200°C, 10 mins
Pre-heat the air fryer to 200°C for 3 1/2 mins.
Place 2 fish fingers in the basket and place in air fryer. Turn over after 5 minutes.
Cook until crisp and golden.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 210°C, Fan 190°C, Gas mark 7, 20 mins
Pre-heat the oven.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Turn over after 10 minutes.

Tasteless
All batter & breadcrumbs. I even tried the fish on its own and it was still tasteless. Can't believe they've got away with this junk for all these years. That's the power of advertising for you - hence the tasteless price.

These used to be delicious. But since the change to cheaper Basa fish, theyre rubbery and flavourless. No thanks!

Excellent
Fish has a lovely sweet taste. Plenty of Fish. Coating Crunchy. Didn't take long in the Air Fryer. Highly Recommended.
