Air Fry - From Frozen. Tastiest when cooked from frozen in an air fryer.
10 mins, 170°C
- Remove Chicken Tenders from packaging, place in the basket (max. 8 Chicken Tenders) in a single layer and place in the air fryer.
- Shake halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Cooking Instructions - General. - Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

- Do not refreeze after defrosting.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Alternatively, oven bake from frozen
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas mark 6, 14 mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Remove Chicken Tenders from packaging and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
- Turn over halfway through cooking.
- Cook until crisp and golden.
