a bit dry
The sauce was ok but the fish was rather dry. Wouldnt buy again
Ok so I read the previous reviews and went for it anywhere- I am doing Keto and have a newborn so anything fast is good. This was awful. SO SO TOUGH!!! Like rubber. I cooked one in microwave and one in oven. Both equally gross. Better off going to a fishmongers at the local supermarket and getting them to do the fish-in-a-bag-with-butter. Cheaper and 10 times nice, just not as easy as home delivery. Would never buy this again
Nice but dry, even with the sauce.
I cooked both pieces of salmon as the instructions said it would require longer cooking time for more than one. I didn't, I cooked it the same time for one, and it was tough and dry. Sauce was nice and lemony. A thumbs down for the salmon.
Easy to cook
I have never had any bones in my fish so maybe I have been lucky or maybe there is a a bad batch now and then. The flavour of the sauce I like but I don't like it all over my dinner plate so when the fish is cooked I first pour the excess sauce out by clipping off a corner of the bag and then cut the bag open fully to dispense the fish. It is easy to over cook this product and then it does go like a piece of cardboard. I usually cook mine on gas mark 7 near the top of the oven, but ovens vary so mine may run a bit cool.
Full of bones
The sauce was just about passable, although there wasn't much of it, and the fish bland and too rubbery in texture for my liking. I bought it for those evenings after a busy day when you can't be bothered to cook but it's more hassle than I expected, not as nice and really not worth the price or the freezer space.
