Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave cook from frozen. Cook from frozen. All appliances vary; these are guidelines only
Microwave and oven: take care when removing film lid, as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. 1. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a non-metallic plate.
2. Cook on full power: 700W 5 mins/800W 5 mins/900W 5 mins
3. Peel back film lid, stir gravy and mash separately and re-cover.
4. Cook on full power for a further: 700W 3 1/2 mins/800W 3 mins/900W 2 1/2 mins
5. Leave to stand for minute before serving.
6. Check that food is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 1. Pre heat oven to 200°C/400ºF/Gas mark 6 or fan oven 180°C.
2. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places.
3. Place container on a baking tray middle shelf of oven and cook for 30 minute.
4. Peel back film lid, stir gravy and mash separately and re-cover.
5. Return to oven and cook for a further 10 minute.
6. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
7. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
