Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook from frozen. Cook from frozen. All appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Microwave and Oven: Allow tray to stand to regain rigidity. Do not reheat once cooled.; Microwave - From Frozen. 1. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a non-metallic plate.
2. Cook on Full Power: 700W 13 mins/800W 11 mins/900W 10 1/2 mins.
3. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
4. Check that food is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 1. Pre heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas mark 6 or fan oven 180°C.
2. Remove outer packaging and film lid.
3. Place container on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven and cook for 40 minutes.
4. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
5. Check that food is piping hot before serving.
