Bisto White Sauce Mix

This sauce mix is suitable for vegetarians, so it's perfect for creating a family-favourite meal. It can be used as the base for a whole host of tempting dishes, it's easy as pie to make and – what's more – it tastes delicious. Whether you're creating a mid-week lasagne or a hearty fish pie, our sauce mix can help you achieve perfection every time. Mix four heaped dessert spoons of powder with boiling water and stir until you have a thick sauce that's good to go. Prefer a richer, creamier taste? Then simply add boiling milk. You only get an 'Aah!' with Bisto.

Bisto instant white sauce granules
1 For 4-6 servings, put 4 level tablespoons (43g) in a measuring jug.
2 Add boiling water up to the 250ml mark.
3 Stir vigorously until it thickens - and that's it: so simple!
