A bold and aromatic honey with a unique thick texture.
Uses
Great on toast, on your porridge, used as a glaze or in marinades.
Our honeys are all single source, meaning they come from one place - this location and the name of the beekeeper is printed on every jar.
Each jar you buy supports our pollinators - giving back 2% of all sales to create wildflower meadows, a vital habitat for honey bees.
Every jar of honey is carbon neutral. We offset all emissions by supporting a range of projects around the world.
As our honey is unprocessed, it can set over time. If it does, warm gently to reliquefy. Unsuitable for babies under 12 months. Store at room temperature.

Brand
Paul & Chris met in an office, but a love of beekeeping led them to London's rooftops where they cared for millions of bees.
They discovered how amazingly different honey tasted straight from the hive and wanted to share this with everyone.

Black Bee is the best honey there is
I've become type 2 diabetic so I shouldn't have much honey, so I indulge myself with a little of the very best. Even smelling it is a great pleasure!
black bee honey british autumn
honey arrived crystallised and has a rather weird taste, i love honey but didn't like this honey much
Delicious!
Im really fussy about my honey and this is absolutely excellent (as is the lighter summer variety) - its thick, flavoursome and unprocessed.
Delicious smooth & moreish
This honey is darker than blended honeys tend to be so dont be put off as it is a delicious raw product. It is smooth, fragrant and not too sweet with an amazing depth of flavour. It has a hint of caramel to it which definitely lends itself to stirring through autumnal bowl of porridge. The bees did good!
Crystalline and Delicious
Absolutely love this honey. It does taste autumnal and rich, gorgeous taste and perfect on everything or eaten by the spoonful out of the jar! Love that it is exactly what it says it is - honey - and nothing more. Wonderful brand and will be trying the other variations too.
Delicious and moreish
Full of antimicrobial properties, this honey packs a punch. It’s taste is so very deliciously irresistible you’ll be returning to the jar for a sneaky spoonful. It’s thick and silky texture is occasionally interrupted by little crystals of sugary goodness which I love, but can easily be banished by gently heating the honey a little. Full of aromatic flavour and a smell that is incredible, this honey will leave you satisfied and fight to keep you healthy at the same time. By far my favourite honey, singly y sourced so you know exactly what your spreading on your toast!
