Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka

Black Cow is the world’s first Pure Milk Vodka, made from the milk of grass-grazed cows. This unique process of using milk as our only source ingredient is what makes Black Cow so exceptionally smooth.

Jason and Archie run Black Cow from our distillery in West Dorset. Jason’s 250-strong herd of dairy cows graze on nearby fields and our vodka is distilled and bottled here by hand.

At Black Cow we know milk is precious, so we don’t waste a drop. It starts by separating the milk into curds and whey. The curds make cheese - including Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar - the whey, which would otherwise go to waste is fermented, distilled and blended to make what we believe to be the 'world's smoothest' vodka

An aroma of sweet fresh grass with a hint of honey and Forsythia flowers on the nose. Fresh and cool with a slight hint of dairy and notes of fudge and vanilla. Deliciously creamy and smooth with almond and vanilla notes. Clean and well-rounded with dry cocoa beans and a touch of cinnamon.

How we make it
We know milk is precious, so we don't waste a drop! It starts by separating the milk into curds and whey. The curds make cheese including Black Cow deluxe cheddar - the whey, which would otherwise go to waste is fermented, distilled and blended to make the 'world's smoothest' vodka.

Smooth enough to sip neat, top with a soda for the perfect spritz, or in our 'must try' smooth, creamy and ever so dreamy...
