History
Born in 19th-century Italy, the Aperitivo began as a bitter, appetite-whetting ritual. The Spritz—sparkling wine, bitters, soda—became its iconic, sun-drenched serve. Our Aperitivo uses Gamondi, crafted by a 120-year-old family-run distillery in Piemonte, Northern Italy. Steeped in heritage, full of character.
