Black Sheep Iconic Amber Ale
The embodiment of Black Sheep: quality ingredients brewed in a unique way - distinct flavour characteristics come from our now-rare Yorkshire Square fermenting vessels.
Malt character leads with sweet biscuit and caramel, complimenting fruity raisin and pear drop notes from our house yeast. Goldings hops finish off the fruitcake-like flavours with hints of earthy bitter orange. Complex, balanced and incredibly drinkable.
