Our bread starts its life by combining the finest, hard white flour and yeast in a sour fermentation which gives our bread it's delicious flavour, springy texture and wonderful crust. To us, it's the pinnacle of the baker's art; naturally curvaceous, delicious slice after slice.
Chomp it with butter, just on its own, or toast and top it up. Fresh and tasty to the last crust.
