Our Hoisin & Garlic stir fry sauce is made with soybean paste, soy sauce, garlic and spices.
Ready in few simple and quick steps!
1. Get you Wok really hot, then add a splash of oil.
2. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes until nicely sizzling, then add the vegetable of your choice.
3. After 1 minute, pour in the stir fry sauce and heat through for a further minute.
4. Toss in cooked Blue Dragon noodles, or serve with rice and enjoy!
Other ingredients we suggest for an authentic Hosin & Garlic stir fry:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 400g chicken breast
- 2-3 spring onions
- 1 yellow pepper
- Blue Dragon noodles
No artificial flavours.

Bitter and unappetising
We hated this, really strong and bitter - sort of aniseed or fennel taste - ruined our stir fry :(
Great For Quick Stir Fry
It smelt overpowering when I was cooking, but the taste was very nice. It was so easy to make. I fried some vegetarian chicken, threw in some veg, then cooked the sauce in. So simple and quick.

Full of Flavour!
Fried up my chicken pieces, baby corn, sugar snap peas, added the sauce and finally my fresh noodles. Can't believe how fast this was to make and ultimatley how tasty it was. It wasn't as sweet as I thought it was going to be and you could taste all the individual spices in the hoisin sauce. Great just to be able to add your favorites and get a great meal! Recommended
